I own a Blue Yeti, and when recording vocals, it really throws off the sound of most other mics, especially singing voices. The only thing I'd really change with this plugin is the microphone, which is currently without doubt the cheapest one on the market and really needs to be replaced. This is in fact where most often I use them.

The distinct sound quality and perceived tonality of these modes make them indispensable for vocalists and other vocalists as well as synth players. The Split mode works flawlessly for splitting vocals or other vocals into two separate tracks. There's a delicate undercurrent to one's playing that needs to be respected when using them. I won't say never to input gain shifts, but I would highly recommend not applying them to the entire track. The lofi, sfx-mono, and eedo modes are pretty cool uses of the plugin. To have an even more advanced arpeggiator with deeper modulation routing than Cakewalk and countless other DAWs offer, you could easily build a similar piece of plug-in hardware on your own, and it'd be much cheaper than Cakewalk's entire plugin station. My only complaint is that it's missing the ability to scale the plugin to whatever pitch/duration you want, but that's a minor blip on the screen. The built-in effects are great, the controls are intuitive, and the odd sounds are very reminiscent of the Roland.
